Jay is the managing broker and has called Real Estate his profession since 1981.  After obtaining a degree in Real Estate from Florida State University, Jay helped customers buy and sell in Michigan, Orlando and Sanibel Island Florida.  For over 20 years Jay has held a Real Estate Brokers license.  As a result of commitment to Excellence serving the customers of the islands Jay managed the office as they grew from $80 million to $406 million, which ranked as the #1 Real Estate firm on Sanibel Island from 1997-2004. Jay resides on Sanibel with his wife Lori and they have four children, two in college.

Joe Mondelli
President
A graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in marketing, Joe has enjoyed success in both Real Estate development and the restaurant/hospitality industry.  Devoting his full time interest in Real Estate after selling his award winning fine dining restaurant, banquet and conference business six years ago, Joe has enjoyed redirecting his marketing skills and talents here in paradise.  Joe invests his entrepreneurial spirit along with his wife Linda.  Joe and his wife reside on Sanibel and have three daughters, a son-in-law and a new grandbaby.
