Originally from East Tennessee, Mark and his wife have been residents of Sanibel Island, FL since 1987. With a degree in marketing from the University of Tennessee, Mark has 28 years experience in sales and marketing. After selling an automotive and medical manufacturing business in 2002, Mark is now focusing all his knowledge and experience towards selling real estate on our beautiful islands.

Teresa graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Merchandising. She worked in city government for a while as the Assistant City Recorder in Knoxville, TN and also for the State of Tennessee in Child and Family Services. She now has her real estate license, her certificate from the Graduate Realtor Institute and her Sanibel Captiva Island Specialist Designation.
